My Knives arrived today! I have never seen such sharp knives! I am a knife sharpening hobbyist so I noticed that compared to my other knives, the angle of the edge is extremely narrow so making the edge razor sharp! I made a rack to keep them in and am going to store them in my office as they are only for me to use. They are too nice and far too sharp to share :-) Thank you for sending them :-)
